From hopeless to hired in 8 weeks.

Reader,

Reading about another layoff and seeing another LinkedIn post about someone who has been out of work for a year can do a number on your psyche. It's enough to make you give up altogether.

But every time someone tells me that "the industry" is the reason they're not getting hired, I can't help but tell them that belief alone is what is going to kill their chances, time and time again.

In the last month, 3 of my clients who were out of work for over 6 months, got hired after working with me for 8 weeks (or less).

My client Adam was working in real estate to get by when he came to me. Now he's working at PerBlue Studios full time as a senior producer.

Another client, Connor, who got let go from Rockstar Games, worked with me on his value proposition and networking strategy, landing a job Kintsugiyama Studios as a Quality Engineer, making more money than he did in his last role.

And then there's Grant, who sold his gaming company and struggled to find his next role for months. We shored up his professional narrative and explored the hidden job market, landing him a senior role at Guppy Labs after talking to the studio on Instagram.

You might be saying, "they're very lucky." It's not luck. It's knowing how to sell yourself in one of the most competitive job markets in years.

That is what I teach my clients over the period of 8 weeks in my Job Seeker Program. Because in this market, it's not the applicants who get jobs, it's the competitors.

If you've been struggling to find your next gaming role and you're done with all the free one-size-fits-all advice on YouTube, LinkedIn, and Discord, getting coached by someone like me who helps job seekers get results is for you.

So here's my suggestion: apply for the my Get Hired program and see if we're a good fit. Find out if coaching is right for you and ask me anything you want about how coaching works.

Do that here: https://tally.so/r/WObApR

You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Like Grant, Connor, and Adam.

Talk soon,

Adam
